Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations stop future renewals but don’t refund previously delivered content.

If a file link is broken or missing, contact us within 7 days and we’ll resend it.
Delivery
Digital content is usually emailed or made available for download by the first of each month.
Please check spam or promotions folders if you don’t see it.

Intellectual Property
All designs, text, and downloads are owned by Barefoot on Birch Island and protected by copyright.
You may print for personal use but may not copy, share, or resell the content.

Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, email us within 7 days with both receipts. We’ll review and may issue a refund or credit at our discretion.
Subscriptions
You can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
Refunds are not available for past months once digital materials have been sent.
Physical Items (if applicable)
If a printed item arrives damaged or incorrect, email photos within 7 days so we can replace it.
